Everybody is welcome at the Y! Thanks to donations, the New Canaan YMCA provides approximately $250,000 in financial assistance each year, ensuring everybody has access to all of the opportunities created at the Y. Financial assistance helps families access safe and engaging childcare and summer camp programs, teaches kids how to swim, and supports anyone who needs a helping hand financially in order to stay healthy, happy, and connected through membership and programs at the Y.

Financial assistance applications for membership are available at the Front Desk and online. Completed applications must be submitted to Diana Riolo, Assistant Director of Development & Community Impact. All applications must include your most recent Federal Income Tax Return, W2s and/or 1099s, copies of your household’s last three pay stubs, and bank statements. Requests for membership financial assistance may be submitted year-round. Once approved, you will be contacted by Diana Riolo. The financial assistance application process is confidential and based on need.
