Recognize a Y Employee

Part of what makes the New Canaan YMCA so special is our staff. As cause-driven leaders, these individuals work passionately and tirelessly to provide our community with the opportunity and support for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Each month, we recognize one of our employees as the Cause-Driven Leader of the Month. This is an employee who manifests our cause-driven culture in their character and attitude, and who furthers the Y’s mission through exemplary service to the Y, our community, or their fellow employees. Cause-driven leaders live our cause each day and are welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined.
