We offer a variety of class levels for everyone to help progress with any goal:

Introductory Class:

An ideal starting point for those who have never done Pilates Reformer. Participants will be guided step-by-step through the basics of Reformer Pilates, learning how to use the machine while building confidence in their movements in a safe and effective manner. Participants don’t need to sign up for the whole session; one class will be enough to learn the basics.

Level 1:

Designed for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine their technique. Participants will learn the fundamental principles of Pilates, including breathwork, core engagement, and alignment, while getting comfortable with the reformer machine. The focus is on slow, controlled movements, building stability, mobility, and postural awareness.

Level 2

An intermediate class designed for those with some reformer experience. Participants will be introduced to more dynamic movements, varied spring tensions, and challenging transitions to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. This level adds flow and intensity for a more energizing full-body workout.

Level 3:

Our most advanced class, designed for experienced clients seeking a high-intensity, athletic workout. Participants will move through advanced exercises, complex sequences, and faster-paced flows designed to test their strength, stamina, and control. This class incorporates creative choreography and powerful full-body movements for a dynamic and invigorating session.

Pilates Apparatus classes are in addition to our drop-in Pilates Mat classes, which are offered in our Pilates Apparatus Studio. Pilates Apparatus is an excellent exercise option for adults of all ages and abilities from top athletes to people just starting a workout regimen. Using Pilates Apparatus helps you to develop flexibility and good posture by focusing on your “core,” or center, predominantly your abdominals, back, and legs. The machines are elevated off the ground and provide resistance or assistance as needed to the exerciser.

Getting Started

To sign up for a group class, fill out a Pilates Apparatus registration form and waiver. Forms are also available at the front desk; return your form starting on the first day of registration. You will be placed in a class on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to place you according to level.
