Registration is not required to participate in Free Swim at the New Canaan YMCA. Free swim is available to New Canaan YMCA members and their guests. Please check the pool schedule below or on our mobile app for Free Swim time.

ZONE CLASS RESERVATIONS

We have implemented reservations for group exercise classes in the Zone to ensure a continued positive experience for our class participants by maintaining enough space to safely and effectively enjoy the class within the Zone space and avoid member disappointment if the class is too full.
