Blood Pressure Program
Seeking Participants to Begin in November
The simple process of checking and recording your blood pressure at least twice a month over a period of four months has been shown to lower blood pressure in some people with hypertension.
The National YMCA Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program is an evidence-based program that features personalized support for developing a blood pressure self-monitoring routine, tips for maintaining cardiovascular health, and nutrition education over the course of four months.
*Program fee temporarily waived thanks to a grant from YMCA of the USA

Count On The Y
Every year, thanks to the generous support of our donors, thousands of kids, adults, seniors, and families are able to count on the Y.
Donations make it possible for our Y to provide over $250,000 in financial assistance each year; offer life-changing programs to kids, teens, seniors, cancer survivors, and individuals with special needs; and provide support to our partner school in Kibera, Kenya.
